The rooms aren’t well-ventilated. The walkway from the entrance to the reception and from the reception to the beach isn’t well-maintained. However, the location is great, and the staff service is good.

The resort is right next to Calangute Beach. The rooms are clean, and the environment is great. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The staff is helpful and can arrange scooters for you. I got an older Activa for 300 per day.

We had a beautiful experience. The cottages were very fresh and clean, and we especially liked it, along with the kids. The swimming pool was very clean, and the hotel staff was very cooperative. We enjoyed a lot.

The cottages are small for the price, but they are well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good with many options. The beach is very close. The swimming pool is under construction. Overall, it was a good experience with good service from the staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. The room was good, but the service was terrible. The room wasn’t cleaned at all in 3 days, breakfast was from a food cart, the swimming pool wasn’t working, and the staff was very rude with poor communication. I recommend staying at a different hotel. Don’t be fooled by the name.

Decent resort, about 70 meters from Calangute Beach. The staff is good, and the rooms are decent for the price. They serve a buffet breakfast at the property. For lunch and dinner, you can order from their other location, which has decent food but it can be cold. They don’t have an outdoor pool as shown in the pictures, but the staff can arrange access to one at their other property. Overall, it's a decent place to stay.

I recently stayed at this lovely beachside place, and it made a great impression. The location is perfect, with direct access to Calangute Beach, which offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

Very bad experience. The rooms were not good, the service was poor, the mattress was terrible, and there were electricity problems throughout our stay. Overall, avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your holidays.

We stayed in a deluxe wooden cottage and had a wonderful experience. It’s just 10 meters from the beach with 24/7 access, and it’s safe. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends. The staff Ieshaan, Mayborn, and Abhishek were very helpful, and the housekeeping team was also great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
