The water park is nice and clean, but swimming here requires membership to their club. It's not a public place for casual hanging around.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. It seems they prioritize recommendations for admission. I've been calling since April, but instead of granting admission, they keep postponing with new dates. It's been a waste of two months dealing with them. This pool has been disappointing.

This swimming pool appears appealing, but it lacks the option for non-members to swim for a single day or just one hour. This flexibility is not available here. As someone from Kolkata, I wish to swim by paying a daily fee, but unfortunately, this is not possible. It's disappointing because in Mumbai, where I work, public pools allow individuals to swim by paying a one-day charge for an hour. Kolkata could benefit from adopting a similar approach.

Very poor service and maintenance. The facility is closed most of the time, and their phone numbers are not functional. The contact number listed has been switched off for the past three years, and the number provided by the office staff is never answered. There is no communication channel to inform people about closures for maintenance. You have to visit in person to check if it's open or closed. There are no proper regulations in place. It's a waste of money, honestly.

A good pool for enjoying and learning swimming. The people are friendly. Occasionally, the water may be dirty, attributed to the large number of daily visitors.
