The room was very nice and the service was great. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with some of the best dosas and idlis I've had in a long time. The hotel is in a prime location, just a 5 minute walk from the railway station. If you're traveling by train, it's perfect. The restaurant had an excellent lunch and dinner menu. We enjoyed the chicken fried rice, biryani, and chili chicken all were wonderful, especially the chicken fried rice, which was among the best I've ever had.

I stayed at Hotel City Tower for one night. The staff and management were great, and their behavior was excellent. The place was very clean. As a frequent traveler in India, I found this hotel to be excellent.

Very bad experience at this hotel. The bathrooms were dirty, the furniture in the rooms was very old, and the reception staff were uncooperative. The room should be much better for the price.

Absolutely horrible. The only good thing is the location. The AC deluxe room had stained beds, some rooms have ACs that don’t cool, and the WiFi is very poor. Each user needs a different username and password, and the range is terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I’ve been using this hotel for short stays for many years. Recently, I stayed there almost every week for a couple of days, but the staff has been very uncooperative and rude.
