Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The airport pickup and drop-off service was very helpful. I recommend this place for anyone with a long layover at Bangalore airport. It's perfect for families needing a rest during transit.

I've stayed at Click Bengaluru several times because it's close to work, but the service is terrible. They're always short staffed and the staff are unprofessional. The laundry service is a disaster they returned my clothes without washing them twice. Housekeeping often forgets to clean half the room, making the bed but leaving dirty coffee mugs next to it. It's really frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. The food was great with lots of options, and the staff quickly addressed any issues.
