Everything seemed fine, but initially, they told me there would be no hidden or processing charges. However, they added extra charges like melting fees and reduced the purity by 3%. In the end, it felt like they just took off the agreed amount as processing charges. The purity checking was not clear or transparent.

They promised to give more compared to other buyers, but in the end, they gave me less. I couldn't do anything about it. Anjali made false promises and then said they could only offer a lower amount. Very disappointing. This is my honest feedback.
