I had visited this store twice for purchase MacBook which listed their catalog. At the product is unavailable.

I tried to contact many times to enquirer their listed products but they weren’t responsive.

Sold out product again listed for huger price.

Not impressed with customer support

I had a fantastic experience at Mobile Planet in Rajaji Nagar. After watching Instagram videos, I decided to visit and was pleasantly surprised to find a great deal on an iPhone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a smartphone. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they offer a wide range of iPhone and Android devices.

I had an incredible experience here! I purchased an iPhone at an unbelievable price. Kiran was friendly and explained everything about the phone thoroughly. It was a great buying experience. Their offers are completely deceptive; when you inquire about them, they admit they're just for show to impress customers. In reality, you never receive any offers at all. The people there, especially that slim guy, are incredibly rude and act as though they're giving away phones for free.

This place is a complete fraud! The device I purchased isn't functioning properly, and the staff offers no adequate support. Their only response is to contact customer service. I strongly advise against buying phones from here; you will regret it. I will soon share my experience in a YouTube vlog. The staff provides the worst service imaginable.

I received the worst product from them; they simply offer a one-month warranty but refuse to take any responsibility. They claim any issue is due to physical damage and wash their hands of it. As a middle-class person, I struggled to buy this product, and today I'm deeply disappointed. Please, there seems to be no humanity left in this world.
