I stayed at a small resort with about 15 rooms, tucked away from the noise and crowd. The staff was really friendly, and the Travel Desk helped us plan a great day trip. Mr. Antony, who drove us, was safe and efficient with no nonsense. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, thanks to Sasikumar and his team. The only downside was the food, which I found a bit expensive. I'm not sure if this is a common issue with ClubM resorts, but they do offer packages with some discounts. Overall, I’d recommend this place if you plan to stay mostly indoors, but there are better dining options in town if you're looking to explore.

I recently stayed at a lovely little resort in Ooty with stunning views of the downtown area. It’s a cozy place with just 12 rooms, but it feels very welcoming. The resort used to be the residence of Anand Mahindra during his school days, which makes it even more special. The service was excellent, with personal attention given to every guest. The lawn and garden were well-maintained, and each room has its own outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. We were lucky to get the largest room, which made us feel extra special as Purple Members. I’ve decided to visit Ooty more often in the future.

My stay at Club Mahindra Danish Villa in Ooty was amazing. The villa was spacious, clean, and surrounded by beautiful plants. It's a heritage villa, just a 10 minute drive from Ooty town. Parking is limited but still manageable. The staff and security were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with stunning views of the hills. There is a kids' outdoor playground, a basketball court, and indoor games at the happy hub. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

A hair clip was stolen from our room while it was being cleaned. Although it wasn't expensive, the attitude towards the situation was not acceptable. The service was also very slow we had to call twice for anything to be done. The food was quite expensive as well. On the positive side, the garden and ambiance were beautiful and well-kept, and the rooms were tidy.

This place feels more like a hotel than a resort, but the staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms have a beautiful mountain view. However, the room heater doesn't keep the room warm enough in December. The extra bed for a third guest is very small, so only kids can sleep on it. Other than that, the rooms are well-maintained.
