We had a great meal with my family last week. The food was delicious and served hot. We loved the way it was served and the portion sizes. The food is awesome, and we recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ooty.

I had pepper grill and fried rice, which tasted really good. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. I also took home some tikka, which was spicy and juicy. It’s a must try

I ordered a cake for my daughter's first birthday from Ooty Bakery the day before. The staff responded well over the phone and made the cake exactly as we described. The cake was wonderful and extremely tasty. I’m very happy with the polite treatment from the owner and staff—they listened to everything patiently and responded well. Thanks for making such a beautiful and delicious cake. Every guest loved it.

Try their biryani; it’s really good. The grill and various shawarmas are also a must-try. The staff is friendly, and the chocolates at the billing counter are great.

The worst experience ever with butter chicken. The chicken was uncooked, and even after they replaced it, it was still uncooked. When I complained, the person said it’s not a five-star hotel and that’s just how the food is for this price.
