I've been going to Naturals since 11th grade. The staff are all friendly and excellent. Over time, Lakshmi has become more of a friend than just a stylist. She has a great personality and always makes me look beautiful for any event. All their services are excellent.

Worst place no respect for customers. They are rude and even suggest going to another salon. I feel sorry for the owner because she might not know what's happening. If she takes action soon, she might avoid losing customers like me.

Poor appointment management, even with a prior booking. The male stylist didn’t care and took forever with the haircut. I’d suggest avoiding Ooty Natural Salon. The staff is very unprofessional.
