I recently stayed at the TTD hotel in Ooty and had a fantastic experience. The location is great with stunning views, and the facilities and services are top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

Room rates are very reasonable. The service is awesome, and the canteen food is superb. All the staff are very friendly.

A great place for a family stay. The rooms were clean, the restaurant served tasty food, and there was car parking available. The park and garden were well maintained.

I stayed at TTDC Ooty for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The rooms were nice, and the staff service was excellent. They arranged pickup and drop from the station, as well as local site visits. James and Sarad from the canteen provided great service, and the food was hygienic. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very poor service, and the breakfast and dinner were awful. Don't recommend Tamilnadu Hotel in Ooty; it's very disappointing.

Very bad service. The bed sheets and curtains were dirty. The staff had poor service attitudes. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They charged me twice while booking and haven’t refunded the extra amount despite repeated calls and emails. Terrible customer care. I won’t book from TTDC again.

Not good at all. The place is poorly maintained, and many amenities in the room aren’t working. Breakfast is also very expensive for extra people.
