It’s shameful. They rate their stores by going to places like libraries and asking students to give good ratings. I was one of those students. Ratings should be based on service, not manipulated this way. It’s unethical for a jewelry store to do this.

Poor management and an untrustworthy brand. They kept our bangles for 4 days to fill them with liquid lac. They claimed it was done, but it was actually empty. Don’t trust their words. If they deceive customers with small things, they might be doing the same with other things you don’t know about.
