The service is very poor. I took an 11-month scheme where the making charge was supposed to be 0 up to Rs. 55,000, but they only gave a 50% discount. Priyanka Pawar and Bhawani Singh from the Malviya Nagar Bhopal branch attended to us. The service was very disappointing and low quality.

The staff and manager are terrible and irresponsible. It’s the worst place to buy jewelry. Local markets are better. They promise to deliver jewelry in 45 days but never show up, even after a long time. Avoid Kalyan.

Worst jewelry shop. Avoid visiting this place. The customer service is terrible, and the making charges are unbelievably high (30-40%), even more than bigger brands.

Today, I bought gold at the Kalyan showroom in Bhopal and had a very bad experience. My two wheeler was roughly removed from in front of the showroom. If you’re planning to buy gold from Kalyan Jewelers, avoid coming by two wheeler.
