The boy at the counter knows a lot about pets and explained everything clearly about my pet. The prices for pet food, cages, and grooming sets are very reasonable.

I called to order medicine for my puppy because she had a tick and I needed it immediately. Instead of helping me, they said their server was down and couldn't provide the medicine. This is unacceptable for a medicine shop; they shouldn't deny medication. Even after I offered to accept a manual bill, they refused to help. It was absolutely disgusting
