I’ve been there several times for PC builds with friends and for myself. For a PC and gaming enthusiast like me, it’s a paradise in Kolkata, better than anywhere else in India.

I visited Dell and Lenovo authorized service centers for my and my brother’s laptops. We were very happy with their service. We got our laptops back on the same day, within 2 hours. Emall is a great place for all laptop, mobile, and tablet repairs and servicing, all in one place.

They won’t provide any customer support after you buy something. Before the purchase, they’ll talk a lot about the features and benefits, but once you buy, they ignore you. You could end up being cheated without even realizing it.

If you want to buy a laptop, I suggest not coming here. They charge a lot of money. If you’re not good at bargaining, you might get ripped off. It’s better to buy online where you can return it within 7 days if you don’t like it. Here, you can’t return it even after 5 minutes. If you do decide to buy from here, make sure to bargain for every rupee, or you’ll end up overpaying.
