I had the worst experience of my life. We pre booked and waited for over an hour, only to find out that no one was available for the massage, so we couldn’t get the service.

It was a terrible experience. We booked a time slot and paid for the package, but they took 2 hours to start the massage. They didn’t seem to care about us and should have told us when they could start. The customer service was poor. We ended up asking for a refund and left without getting the massage. If you’re planning to go there, think twice and check if they can provide the service on time.

It was a waste of money. The front office pushed me to pay more for a higher priced massage. There were lots of interruptions during the session, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. They asked me to use the jacuzzi with cold water because the hot water wasn’t working. When I refused, they moved me to another room.
