I didn't stay there, but I visited to check the rooms. The price he quoted for the room was 1550.

My experience was not very good. I booked online thinking it was for 24 hours, but we were asked to vacate by 12 noon the next day, so I could only stay for 15 hours. Additionally, there was a leak in the bathroom, which I found unpleasant. However, the location was convenient, close to Egmore Railway Station, and otherwise, it was okay.

Decent room with AC, priced at 2300 per day, which is worth the money. It's conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to access transportation and food.
