The spa experience was subpar compared to others. The therapist seemed unfamiliar with proper massage procedures. Furthermore, before the massage, the receptionist insisted I give a 5-star rating to receive a ?300 discount on my next visit. She even took my phone and left a review herself, which was unprofessional.
