A good stay near Central Railway Station, with excellent service from the hotel staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a budget stay with great service.

We stayed here for a night. It was a last minute trip to Chennai, and we didn’t book anything in advance. All the hotels were full, but luckily we found this one randomly. It’s close to the railway station, just a 1km walk, and located right opposite to the station.

There was no hot water because it's connected to a solar heater. The breakfast timing is from 8 to 10, but they can’t keep the food hot for 2 hours. The staff is not cooperative when it comes to picking up your luggage during checkout, especially if you forgot to tip them when you arrived. The night shift staff is okay, but the morning shift staff is the worst. If you book through MMT, leave a one-star review and get 500 free as cashback. Use this trick to give this resort a low rating and get your 500 cashback.
