Good service with a warm welcome, hot coffee, and a smile. They offer a New Year discount on gold per gram for all customers. There is also free car parking available.

There was a salesperson in the chain section who didn’t know how to treat customers with respect. His behavior was very rude. The collection was not available at that time, so I decided to visit next week. But the salesperson showed his anger and threw our old jewelry without even handing it to us properly. It was very bad behavior. I’ve always bought jewelry from Fathima, as it’s like our family shop, but because of that one person, I decided I won’t visit that shop again. I don’t know how he became a salesperson, as he has no patience. After that, I went to LKS, where I found a better collection and bought a chain for myself.
