I urgently needed a nurse for home service and went to inquire, but the response was terrible. The person I spoke to was very disrespectful, and instead of helping me, he got distracted by his phone. It was really unprofessional to ignore my needs like that. Overall, it was a bad experience. I won’t comment on the doctor or medical service because we didn’t receive any treatment. My review is just about the poor attitude of the admin or the person in charge. It’s unacceptable for someone in the medical field to behave this way
