I placed a shipment order for a table and chair from Chennai to Bangalore, and they promised to pick up the items on Sunday, June 2nd. However, after that, I received no calls or updates. I tried reaching out multiple times, but they never answered my calls. At the very least, they should have communicated whether they could fulfill the order or not, but they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had.

The packaging and moving service was awesome, but the AC installation provided was terrible. They use white cement for fixing the AC and pour the remaining mixture in the toilet, which then forms a solid texture. I personally had to spend 1000 INR to remove it. They charge 1800 INR for this service, but I would highly recommend avoiding it's the worst service ever.
