I came looking for a kurta I saw a week before in Bangalore. When I asked for it, the staff said it was from last year and they didn't have it. I even showed them a picture and asked if they could check other Global Desi shops in Chennai, but they said they couldn't because it was an old item. I ended up going to another shop and found the same kurta as a new arrival. The staff was really unhelpful.
