The facility is very bad, and they cheat by claiming discounts. The best options are Malabar Gold and Jos Alukas, where you get respect and good service. My experience here was awful really disappointing.

The sales guy was very rude and uninterested in showing the varieties they had. I was planning to make my gold jewelry here, but I decided not to proceed because of his behavior.
