I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and found it comfortable. The property is good, and the staff are polite. Overall, my experience was fine. The front office staff, especially Mr. Jagannath, were professional and made my stay comfortable and memorable. Great work, keep it up

I stayed there for four nights, and it was a very memorable experience at Grand Wilton Inn Whitefield. The rooms are spacious and have a good view. The food is hygienic and delicious, and all the staff are very helpful.

A nice budget stay option in Whitefield. The rooms are decent, and the buffet food options are good. The ambiance is nice, and the staff are courteous and provide good service.

I had a bad experience. The water wasn’t hot, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. They said breakfast would be provided the next day because check-in is from 12 pm to 12 pm. However, I selected my arrival time when I made the reservation, but they charged extra for checking in before 12 pm. This extra charge wasn’t mentioned in the invoice.

The service is terrible. The AC doesn’t work, and no one responds if you ask for help. Even calling the manager doesn’t help. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Service is key in the hospitality industry, and my experience here was terrible. I repeatedly complained about the AC not working, but nothing was done. I asked for room slippers and a dental kit, but didn’t get them. Breakfast always arrived late and cold.
