This is our go-to place for gold jewelry. The service is excellent, and they have a huge selection. After years of buying jewelry here, I haven’t felt the need to check other shops. Just be prepared to wait 3 to 4 hours for the hallmark process if you custom order a piece.

Mr. Pawan Kumar from the old GRT, 2nd floor, Oriana, Usman Road, clearly explained the products, was gentle with customers, and patiently explained the bill calculations. I’m very satisfied with the customer service. The showroom is also well maintained.

GRT is always the best place to buy jewelry. Even though we visit many stores, we always return to GRT for their service, collection, designs, and prices. Rajesh gave us very patient and detailed service, and Rangabhashyam Sir also made sure our needs were met.

It was a very bad experience today. Buying new jewelry with a card was confusing, and I was treated poorly. When exchanging old jewelry, they said they would only refund the extra amount on my next purchase. They pushed me to take a gift instead of giving a refund.

Very bad experience at GRT in T. Nagar. There was a lot of wastage compared to Saravana Jewels, and they didn’t provide good service. Please avoid this place.

Very poor customer service. We waited a long time to see the items we asked for, even though the staff knew we were waiting. They also made us wait a long time for billing and packing, even for a small purchase.

Horrible experience. After you choose your jewelry, they delay preparing the invoice and make you look at more pieces. They make good customers wait an hour or more. It feels like a cheap trick. The service is awful.

They seem to only value customers who spend between 90k and 1 lakh, offering extra discounts only for those amounts. When I asked them to round off my bill to below 50k, they avoided my request with a bad attitude. As a regular customer, this experience made me lose interest in buying from them again.
