I booked my Kashmir holiday with GT Holidays. They arranged the trip on short notice, and the itinerary and transport were satisfactory. However, the quality of the rooms, especially the houseboat, was disappointing. On a positive note, the driver was friendly and helpful throughout the journey.

Andaman is an essential destination for beach enthusiasts. During our trip, we spent two nights in Havelock and two nights in Neil. The Nature Bridge and coral reefs in Neil were truly mesmerizing. Witnessing the sunrise and sunset in both Havelock and Neil was an unforgettable experience. GT Holidays planned and executed the trip impeccably. A special shout-out to Aparajita, my tour coordinator, who was available round the clock and accommodated schedule changes seamlessly.

Our recent trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling was arranged by GT HOLIDAYS, Salem. The purpose of using a travel agency is to ensure hassle-free travel. However, we found the arrangements made to be unsatisfactory, particularly at the lodge in Darjeeling. With nighttime temperatures ranging from 7 to 10 degrees Celsius, the rooms assigned on the terrace were extremely uncomfortable. When we requested a room change, we were met with threats, humiliation, and ultimately forced to leave the lodge late at night. The Travel Agent failed to resolve this issue promptly. Additionally, the cab drivers were uncooperative, unfriendly, and lacked information. Overall, it was a disappointing travel experience.

Our recent Andaman trip booked through GT Holidays was an absolute pleasure and an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for making it so memorable. Our stay at Blue Bird Resort in Havelock Island was wonderful, and snorkeling at Elephant Beach left a lasting impression. The light and sound show at Cellular Jail in Port Blair was a truly touching moment. We are immensely grateful to our trip coordinators, Prasanna, Aparajita, and Mustafa, for their meticulous planning, which made our trip stress-free. Special thanks also to the punctual drivers in Andaman for their reliable pick-ups and drops. Once again, a big thank you to GT Holidays for an incredible journey.
