Superb service by Hicare and their executives. The cockroaches were almost gone within 2 weeks. Definitely value for money.

Pathetic after sales support. The first visit was done, and we were promised a follow up visit after 15 days if the problem persisted. However, after following up for 10 days, they keep promising a visit but never show up. Very disappointing service.
