We stayed in Deluxe AC rooms, which were clean and comfortable with fresh linens. The complimentary breakfast provided was good, and the restaurant also served delicious meals for lunch and dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying there with my family.

The rooms are spacious, parking is excellent, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. The food is good as well. Overall, my family and I had a very pleasant experience.

The room cleaning was excellent, and the staff were attentive and caring. Whenever we had questions, Supervisor Mr. Jothiramu explained things clearly and kindly. Even though some staff members didn't speak our language well, he was humble and genuine. Thank you so much! If I return, I hope he'll be here again.

The rooms were satisfactory, but the service was disappointing. Issues such as electricity problems, toilet leaks, missing locker keys, and the absence of water cans on the floor were notable. Furthermore, the breakfast was subpar and not worth the experience.

I booked rooms through an online site and arrived at 11:45 pm. Despite showing my booking ID, the staff did not provide a room, claiming they were fully booked with 25 rooms reserved for the next day. I recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you plan to arrive at an odd hour.

Although this hotel is located a bit far from the main city, the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and basic amenities like soap were not provided. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, and the serving staff were rude. It would be better to consider hotels located within the main city area.
