The hotel is very close to Chennai Central Station. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. I stayed in a deluxe room. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but I found colored peas in the poori masala, so the hotel needs to pay more attention to the ingredients in the food. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable. The staff at the reception were great.

The stay was pleasant. However, the staff's attentiveness and intercom service could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a family friendly hotel. There’s currently no dedicated parking for the hotel, but they plan to have one in the future. For now, guests need to park their vehicles in front of the hotel under CCTV surveillance.

This place is a complete mess. Think twice before booking. The staff is inflexible and won’t make any changes. The hotel is under renovation, so there’s constant drilling noise. The rooms are tiny, and the floors are dirty from the work. The hotel is in a messy and smelly area. The only good thing is that it’s within walking distance to the station.
