We stayed at Hotel Jyoti Plaza in Pajifond, Madgaon, Goa, arriving around 1 AM. The hotel was clean and the location was good, but our experience was ruined by poor breakfast service. The breakfast was of low quality and was served very late, leaving our children hungry and uncomfortable. We told the staff about the issue, but their response was just to leave a review for the management. The hotel has potential, but it needs to improve its service and timeliness. We were not happy with our stay and hope they make improvements in the future.

I had an amazing experience in Goa. The hotel staff is very helpful and takes great care of the guests. You can be worry-free staying here. It's centrally located in outh Goa, with markets nearby. A special mention for the restaurant, which stays open until 2 AM, so no need to worry about food. The hotel is also just 1 km from Madgaon Railway Station. Overall, it was a great experience in Goa

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The service was very poor, and the rooms were in bad condition with dirty, stained bedsheets and old furniture. To make things worse, water started leaking in my room, flooding the entire floor. It was a horrible experience.
