I booked this hotel for 3 nights with my friends and had a terrible experience with both the staff and the room. The receptionist was very rude and didn't provide the room we had pre booked online.

Pathetic experience. The staff were rude, and despite many calls, they couldn't provide warm water for a bath. The rooms were small and smelly. Not recommended.

Worst experience. The rooms were flooded with cockroaches and mosquitoes, and the rooms themselves were in terrible condition.
