I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with both the room and gym facilities. I booked two rooms, but neither had a refrigerator, and the bathroom towels were very old, probably over a year old. The three pin socket didn’t work, and the toilet tap was also broken.
The gym wasn’t much better there were no water glasses, the TV didn’t work, there were no towels, and the treadmill made a loud, uncomfortable noise. Overall, I expected much better service and maintenance. I hope these issues are fixed for future guests.

The ambiance of the hotel is nice, but the room maintenance didn’t meet my expectations. We booked a twin bedroom, and the bedsheets were dirty, and one of the cups was broken. However, the food was really good and worth the money. I just hope they improve the hygiene and maintenance.

I initially faced some unexpected issues with my room when I checked in, which affected my stay. Although the first response wasn't great, the hotel team quickly acted to resolve the situation. They offered me a room change and even helped move my luggage, showing great care and attention. I really appreciate the manager and the team for their efforts to ensure my comfort. They were very cooperative and made sure I had an overall pleasant stay.
