As for the room, it was clean, but the TV and AC didn't work properly. You're lucky if you get hot water. Overall, not a great experience.

I've contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp and phone, but each time I get weak excuses and no clear timeline. It feels like they are avoiding their responsibility and possibly cheating the government by not submitting the GST they collected from customers. This is a serious issue.
It also seems that Treebo is not holding the hotel accountable. The lack of professionalism and transparency is disappointing. I would advise others to think carefully before staying here, as it seems like they care more about making illegal money than providing proper service.
