The appraiser's behavior was terrible. He spoke rudely and said we needed cash, as if that was his business. That’s not how to talk to customers. Also, what he said on the phone was different from what he said in person about selling jewelry. They are not honest don't go there. Apart from the appraiser, no one else was helpful.
