Amazing service at Joyalukkas The staff, especially Jithya, is very friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I wanted, and they made buying gold easy. I definitely recommend them Their collection is huge and the best I’ve seen.

I had a really bad experience with the staff. I went to look at ruby jewelry, but it was out of my budget. Then we asked about black beads, which were on the first floor, but they made us sit on the ground floor and said they would bring it to us. I don’t know what they thought of us, but it was really disappointing. I never expected this from a reputed company.

There are too few designs available, and the making charges are very high 20% or more for simple pieces. It’s not a good option for investors; you could end up losing money.

I had a very bad experience with the in charge at the TNagar branch. When buying back gold, they calculated it based on 22 carat instead of 24. It was really frustrating.

I bought 22kt jewelry a year ago, but when I tried to exchange it at a nearby store, they discovered it was actually 18kt gold after melting it. These people are cheating customers, and I got no proper response from them. I have all the proof and plan to sue them for this.

I found the staff to be arrogant and unprofessional. I went there twice for the same item and received two different quotes from two different people. I decided not to take a chance on it.
