Great entertainment for kids, especially with the water activities, trampoline, and ping pong balls. The climbing areas are also exciting for them to test their skills. My child always has a blast here, particularly enjoying the water activities the most.

A wonderful place for kids to enjoy and have fun, it's reasonably priced compared to other spots in Chennai. The facility is well-maintained, and there are plenty of food options nearby, resembling a food street atmosphere. It tends to be busy during weekends and evenings.

Jus Jump is an incredibly entertaining place for my child. We've been visiting here for the past three years, and the staff takes excellent care of the children with love and attentiveness. They lead in the best possible way, and we are very satisfied with their work.

The water park and play area are very well-maintained. It's perfect for engaging young kids below the age of 5 for about an hour. For older children aged 5 and above, they may find the attractions a bit small, as the cars and slides are designed for younger children. However, they can still enjoy the water area and trampoline. There are plenty of baby-sized cars, slides, and ball pits for small kids, making it a great overall play park experience.

It's a fantastic and enjoyable place for kids where they can have a great time. Adults can also join in the fun. The water games are particularly exciting for kids, and it's a perfect way to chill during the summer. Definitely worth a visit to enjoy.

We cannot give even a single star due to the staff's behavior. The customer service is extremely poor, and they do not adhere to their scheduled timings.

It's a great place for children with plenty of options. However, they are not adhering to their guidelines and policies. Upon entry, they request our signatures for responsibility, but they allow older children to play in areas designated for younger ones. This oversight can lead to injuries and cause concern.

The prices are excessively high, and the customer service is very frustrating. Parents are required to pay an additional fee to play and spend time with their kids, another fee to enter the trampoline area, and even more for the water park. There are too many restrictions in place. The staff don't engage with the kids in a playful manner; they only assist them when they fall or need help. Parents are not allowed into the play areas without paying extra, which is disappointing.

Paying Rs. 295, I had to watch my one-and-a-half-year-old struggling and crying on the trampoline, unable to enter and help her. I am very unhappy and would not even give this place a single star. Parents with kids under three should be allowed in without such strict rules because my child doesn't play when I'm not nearby; she just runs back to me.

The reception was not very friendly or responsible; they often neglect phone calls. My child was quite disappointed after our visit. Considering the price paid for an hour, the experience did not justify its value at all.
