One of the popular health care delivery systems in south-west Chennai, K.M. Nursing Home was founded in 1984 by Dr. K. Balasubramanian & Dr. Kannamma. On 2nd May, 2010 as a part of our Silver Jubilee Celebrations, we launched our new extension K.M. Speciality hospital and its division Bloom , the Centre for Woman & Child Wellness. As a pioneer in providing 360 degree healthcare solutions, we aspire to evolve into an authority in our area of medical services, thus Enabling people to live life to the fullest. The K.M. name has evolved to become synonymous with personalized care and uncompromised attention to details.

Dr. Uma Maheswari treated my son for dengue. She is professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. She took excellent care of him, responded quickly, and was very encouraging. Thanks for being such an exceptional doctor.

I went for an eye checkup and got excellent care from Dr. Geetha and Dr. Madhavan. Both my mom and dad had cataract surgery for both eyes here and were very happy with the treatment.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Albert for 7 years, and his treatments work quickly. I recommend him. My second baby was delivered by Dr. Priya Kalyani, who provided excellent care. Good treatment overall.

Don’t get admitted to this hospital. Don’t trust what the doctors say here. Dr. Abraham puts on a bad show to get patients admitted, and there’s no proper check up after you’re admitted.

If your child is sick, avoid this disorganized hospital. We recently visited Dr. Albert for my son, and the nurses were very rude, making him cry. The doctor didn’t explain the medicines or dosage, and the pharmacy was the same. For a peaceful treatment, find another place.

I saw Dr. Ashok today and asked how to stop my baby from thumb sucking. He responded very rudely, saying, You can't stop her now. Let her go to school and get embarrassed in front of others.

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever seen. When a single patient arrives, all the nurses focus on that one patient and ignore others. They don’t explain what to do, and both nursing and billing take too long, which is very frustrating. The money we spent today feels wasted. The management is terrible only the doctors are doing their job.
