I went there twice and had a bad experience both times. The first time, my root touch-up wasn’t done properly. The second time, they said they would redo it, and that was done well. But I made the mistake of getting a pedicure, which was done very poorly. I’m really disappointed.

I had a very bad experience. The service felt unprofessional and inexperienced. They charged a lot for the hair spa, but it wasn’t done properly. I got my eyebrows threaded, and there was no difference before and after.

This is definitely one of the worst salon branches. The management and staff are unprofessional, and there’s no client service at all, yet they still charge high prices. They used to have great stylists and beauticians, but now there’s no one good left.

They couldn't do the waxing properly, burned my skin, and left hair on my upper lip and forehead. Also, when I paid, they charged me the full amount and didn't use my Lakme points.

I visit here often for services, and the staff is amazing. I recently had my haircut from Salman, and it was great. He also gives good advice on what’s best for your skin when it comes to facials, etc.
