This jewelry shop has a wide variety of ornaments. The staff are polite and genuine. The wastage charges are also lower compared to other well-known jewelry shops.

Very poor experience. I waited almost 30 minutes to see the jewelry, and no one took care of the service. The staff and management are the worst.

Very bad experience. I bought a chain 5 years ago and went to exchange it at another shop. The chain was filled with stones inside. I think they only show real gold on the outside but mix something else inside.

Don’t go there it's a scam. They pushed a monthly jewelry plan, promising you could buy gold or get your money's worth without wastage. But when it was time to use it, they cheated us. The owner misleads people with false ads.

They advertise 0-7% wastage but often charge 9%. If you ask for 7%, they don’t have it. They use stone jewelry to show 7% wastage. It feels like a scam. I won’t buy from them again. Check other stores before going to Lalithaa for better deals.

Worst customer service. They focus mainly on getting deposits for their schemes. Their collections are good, but buying from them is troublesome.

Return policies are terrible, and you might end up losing your money. The diamond jewelry also doesn’t shine as much once you take it out of the showroom.
