Lavish Furniture is a complete waste of time and money. The furniture is overpriced and not worth of quality, and the staff are absolutely useless. The store manager Ravi and salesperson Ajay don`t bother answering calls after the sale — I ended up wasting a lot of money choosing this store.I`ve been struggling for over 4 months with unresolved issues, and the staff have no clue how to treat customers with basic respect.
Do not fall for the fake reviews from social media influencers — they get paid to promote, while customers end up losing their hard-earned money.
To make matters worse, nobody even knows where the owner is or if they care about how badly their staff mistreat customers. The whole place feels shady, unprofessional, and unreliable.
Save yourself the headache — avoid Lavish Furniture at all costs.
