One of the best and most trusted jewelry shops in Chennai. The staff are great, especially Unnimaya, who provided excellent service. Worth visiting for diamonds and other jewelry.

Worst hospitality. The supervisor at the diamond section acts like he owns the place. Train your staff to be polite to customers, and your business will improve.

The collection is good, but the service is terrible. They are very slow with billing, even for small purchases. If you’re exchanging old gold, be prepared to spend almost an entire day in the shop.

I went there today to buy a gold chain, but the salesman didnt show any collections. When I complained to the floor manager, he didnt care either. It was a very bad experience.

The salesman said Malabar Gold guarantees only the purity of the gold, not the quality or strength of the jewelry. They offer lifetime free service, but when I went to get my jewelry serviced after just ten months, I faced terrible customer service. They were rude and told me the jewelry was unserviceable.
