I booked catering for my housewarming ceremony. The food was good, and the entire process from booking to delivery was smooth and easy. I am really happy with the team.

The food was very tasty and our guests were happy, but the delivery was very late. I’m not sure if it was traffic or Mealswala’s delay. One suggestion: please answer client calls to give updates. Not getting a response caused a lot of panic about whether the food would arrive on time.

I think they should update the menu more often, as it’s quite repetitive. They also need to improve their chapati-making and offer sweets more frequently. Apart from that, the food is just okay.

Very bad experience and not worth the money. We asked for roti, and though they acknowledged the request, they didn’t deliver it.

Avoid them. They charge for a premium thali but deliver a standard one, and their customer service offers no help. This company only tries to cheat customers.
