The Miles team is very supportive. The study materials are thorough, and the question bank, simulations, and mock tests are really helpful for exam prep. There are both live classes and recorded sessions, so students can choose what works best for them. Overall, it’s a great place to study for the CPA.

I had a very bad experience here. The staff is focused only on marketing and money. They promised offline classes and a study lounge when I joined, but once I paid, they didn’t deliver on those promises. Please don’t join this place. It’s better to look for another institute after checking reviews and doing your research before paying any money.

The staff and learning materials are good, but the student relations team is terrible. They don’t answer questions and don’t focus on customer satisfaction. They seem more interested in bringing in new customers rather than helping the ones they have. The WhatsApp group is also a waste of time.
