We had a very nice stay. The staff, especially at the front office, were great and provided all the tourist information we needed. The place was neat and clean.

The ambience was good, and the hotel room was neat and clean. However, we had a bad experience on the last day. We were half an hour late checking out, and the staff charged us an extra 500 rupees, which felt unfair. We stayed there for 10 days, but they didn’t excuse us.

It's located in the city center, but the roads are narrow and there's no parking available. However, the staff are very humble and polite. They gave us a great deal for an overnight stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
