A big shout out to this hotel for their exceptional honesty in finding and returning an expensive silk sari that my mother accidentally left behind during checkout. The rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant, and overall, the cleanliness was great. The breakfast service team was patient and warm. It was a great experience overall.

We checked in at night while traveling from Bangalore to Kerala, hoping for a good night's sleep and rest. Unfortunately, we were disturbed until midnight by loud shouting and noise from a group of drunk men partying in a hall just above our room. Despite calling the reception several times, we only received helpless responses. The rooms, restaurant, and surroundings were nice, but it's misleading to call yourself a boutique hotel if you can't maintain a peaceful and refined environment for your guests. It felt more like a cheap bar hotel. The women in my family felt unsafe and scared.

This was my third stay at this hotel. The first two times were great, but unfortunately, this time was not the best. One of the towels had stains, and the bath mat was very dirty, which is a big issue. The TV wasn't working (I didn't bother to get it fixed since it was just for one night). The shower gel was too thick for the dispenser, making it hard to use. The room view was awful; we were facing the walls of the opposite building. The service was decent, and the reception was responsive to my needs.
