Everything is good, but the rooms could use some improvement. The beds feel uncomfortable, and the towels seem old. The bathroom and its fittings are outdated and don’t make you feel fresh. Even OYO and Treebo hotels are better in terms of room quality. However, the location is great, so that's a plus.

This business doesn’t seem interested in serving customers. One of their sales representatives, Mr. Rahul Bhagat, visited our Volvo Car Showroom asking for room bookings. Since their property was close to our office, I called him to discuss our requirements, but he acted too busy. He didn’t bother to ask about my needs and just told me to call later. He never returned my call. I even tried reaching the GM, but he had the same attitude he didn’t answer or return my calls. I feel bad for the investors, as this poor service and lack of professionalism is ruining the business.

We recently visited Nalpad Bangalore International Hotel for a birthday party. The hotel feels old, and it shows in many areas. The elevator was very slow, causing delays, especially with a large group. The food at the party was disappointing it lacked flavor and didn’t meet expectations. However, the 3 types of starters served were delicious! The party hall was well maintained. For anyone considering this venue, there are better hotels in Bangalore with updated facilities and better food. Overall, this hotel might not be the best choice for events or celebrations.
