Esthetician Barathi was very attentive and gave great suggestions based on my skin concerns. The facial massage was amazing and really relaxing. She also shared helpful aftercare tips.

The services here are not as good as other Naturals salons. The staff is friendly, but they keep suggesting extra services that aren't really needed. They should improve on that. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a horrible experience with bridal makeup for my reception at Naturals Kanchipuram. It was a complete waste of money. I paid over Rs. 10,500 for makeup that wasn’t even close to being worth it. The stylist didn’t even comb my hair properly and spent just 2 minutes on the hairdo, only using hairspray. As for the saree draping, she didn’t iron the pleats like I asked, so it looked messy and clumsy. They also charged me Rs. 350 for a hairpin that was priced at just 5 rupees on the tag. Please avoid this Naturals for bridal makeup. The staff was extremely unprofessional.
