I bought silver here at the best price compared to other jewelry stores. The designs are very nice and well-selected. I also want to mention that about 15 years ago, we bought gold earrings with stones (kal jimiki) from them. They still look beautiful and the stones are undamaged. Great quality!

I recently bought silver studs and a lamp from this shop. They have a great collection of silver lamps in various sizes and thicknesses. They offered a fair price for exchanging old silver items and were patient with detailed pricing. They also have a good selection of gold studs, chains, and more.

I ordered a yellow sapphire ring from this jeweler for my granddaughter’s wedding. Since we needed it quickly and couldn’t find a ready-made ring, they made the ring to our design and delivered it within a week, as promised. Other jewelers needed at least 25 days. The ring looked great, was reasonably priced, and had a hallmark seal. I’m very happy we could give it to her on the wedding day. Their timely service was very helpful.

I had a really bad experience with my recent purchase. I bought a new baby chain a week ago, and today I noticed it was cut on the side. I was worried because it’s a new chain. My wife went to the Lakshmi Jewellery shop and asked a salesperson about it. He said it was cut because the baby pulled on it, but we explained that wasn’t the case. The manager also wasn’t helpful and said the same thing, even though my son wasn’t playing with it today. They were unhelpful and dishonest. I’ve attached the bill and the cut chain. The service was very different during the sale.
