The supervisor’s attitude towards customers is very bad. He is the only problem in the store. When I asked for the owner's contact number to make a complaint, he refused and was rude. He will ruin the store’s customer base.

It doesn’t make sense to ask for a bill and stamp it at the exit after we’ve already made a purchase. The security won’t let you leave without showing the bill, as if we’re trying to steal things. It’s illogical.
