There are lots of options for kids' books, including many with sound for my 2-year-old. They also have plenty of books for toddlers. It's a great place to buy books at affordable prices, and the staff is friendly too.

The store has a poor collection of fiction books and lacks new releases. While they have a good selection of classics, there's not much else worth visiting for. The customer service is just okay. I was disappointed to find that they didn't even have popular or famous books.

I visited the VR Mall branch and was disappointed. They don't have a token system to handle bags from other stores. The security was rude and asked us to leave our new mobile phones and other expensive items at the entrance without any token or guarantee of safety. We decided not to leave our things there and went to Higginbotham instead. They know how to treat customers properly.
